民国年间，男同男男退伍军官关博武为追寻亲弟弟关博君的下落，男同男男被卷入一场黑水帮的争斗之中，并意外得知弟弟的失踪与他正在研究的“凤凰宝藏”有关。为寻找弟弟，关博武与好战友活地图、留洋归国少爷范易之、正邪难辨的双面卧底屠涂组成队伍。众人沿着关博君“神秘笔记”中的线索，集众智破解其中的奥秘，一步一步朝着宝藏前进，并期待这一切能够解开弟弟关博君的失踪之谜……
