香港知名漫畫家 -鄭健和原著漫畫《野狼與瑪莉》改編。一名創作同人誌的宅男 漫畫家 -建禾(張睿家 飾)在一次爭吵中，精品錯手殺了自己多年的好友-成俊(鯰魚哥 飾)，精品後來竟發現好友一直背著自己跟交往3年的女友-女神雅詩﹙連詩雅 飾)暗通款曲！而在處理屍體的過程中，建禾被網路好友(兩人在現實中並不認識)發現他殺了人並跟隨在後... 這名網友(朱俊丞 飾)，竟是被警方通緝的著名連環殺手。一連串黑色荒謬的劇情就此展開。

They haven't released it because that would destroy their chemotherapy drug sales. She must now escape and release the cure to world while the company tries to stop her.
