回复 :亚洲金融风暴后，甘志杰（陶大宇饰）与好友韩山（李耀祥饰）从坐拥千万家财变得一无所有，马死下地走，他们从头做起，在旅游界当导游，等待机会他朝东山再起。翁家文由于丈夫外遇遭遇婚变，做惯了少奶奶的她重新适应社会，到旅行社来工作，没少给甘志杰添乱。二人却也从斗气冤家发展成为无话不谈的好朋友。由于在火场中救了王金宾馆的老板金广开（胡枫饰），杰、山和家文获赠了王金宾馆的股份，但是在宾馆盈利百分之十以前不能生效。为了搞好宾馆，三人用尽心力。但是一场退伍军人疫症传来，宾馆生意一落千丈。危急时刻，杰的明星好友冬妮出现，指定入住王金宾馆并召开记者会，宾馆眼看就要起死回生。
