离奇的命案接连发生，国产死者皆是有过前科的刑满释放者，国产貌似自杀的表面，背地里隐藏著无数的玄机，另一方面，警察队伍里也有异类，一群各型各色的警察被从和中警察分局凑到了一起，成立了一个特勤小组MSS，希望让他们把折腾身边人的本事放惩恶扬善上。一个是张扬勇敢的特警，一个是逻辑性严密的打字员，一个是美丽和善的女记者，一个是有情有义的中年妇女，一起要将罪犯绳之以法。
