住在埼玉的菅原一家，正开车前往东京，准备和未来的亲家见面。此时，车中电台播送起一则传说……故事发生在东京屈指可数的名校白鹏堂学院，事情要从学生会长坛之浦百美（二阶堂富美饰），和从美国转校而来的麻实丽（GACKT饰）相遇说起。外表气质不凡，看似东京人的丽，其实是埼玉县人。对丽明里暗里庇护着埼玉人的行为，百美感到不解，却又情不自禁被丽所吸引。渐渐地，故事发展成一场东京和埼玉之间的抗争，甚至连隔壁的千叶也被牵扯进来……
