剧情简介
反映上海大亨，姬野为巩固自已的势力，姬野彼此勾心斗角的剧集．他们巧取豪夺，甚至要取对方的性命，在这种斗争中，牺牲了很多无辜者。才华出众的纪先勇（黄元申）大学毕业后，欲投靠丁力，没被接纳．于是他投靠了另一大亨厉峻，颇为厉峻赏识，生意十分蓬勃．但厉峻为人阴险手辣，利用纪先勇扩张势力．而纪先勇的女朋友叶秋盈（欧阳佩珊）毕业后，因家境不利，放弃外出留学的机会，投靠了丁力，也成为丁力的暗恋对象．同时，叶秋盈也处于事业与爱情的矛盾中，她和纪先勇的爱情也因这场龙虎斗中而充满波折~~~
