继《我的中国星》之后，春暖湖北卫视再度携手韩国CJE&M集团，春暖于2014年5月隆重推出国内首档原创明星恋爱真人秀《如果爱》。明星体验恋爱生活，全程跟踪真实记录。《如果爱》的制作阵容在国内首屈一指，不仅邀请到了韩国、台湾顶级摄像团队，以及亚洲天后全智贤、李孝利等明星的专属造型团队；大热韩剧《继承者们》、《来自星星的你》的专属造型团队；节目主题曲更是大手笔地邀请《来自星星的你》主题曲创作者进行全新创作。《如果爱》拍摄行程已开始，黄灿盛、王霏霏、柳岩、王阳明、张俪、孙坚等明星参与节目。NIchkhun和吉杰做为特别嘉宾参与节目拍摄。嘉宾分组情况：牛奶香蕉：柳岩、黄灿盛减肥组合：王霏霏、孙坚黎明组合：张俪、王阳明
