李正中年轻有为，日本身家丰厚，日本怀疑他结婚三年的太太贞贞（刘瑞琪 饰）红杏出墙，于是找了私家侦探跟踪贞贞。私家侦探发现原来贞贞的父亲犯了刑事案，但为了李家的声望，贞贞一直骗说与父亲从小失散，暗地与父亲联络。这时，贞贞却发现正中在外风流……
