《天华百剑 ～欢迎来到铭治馆！高清～》讲述改编自同名多媒体企划，高清"凶祸"是很久以前就存在的邪恶灵魂根源。自古以来凶祸会诞生出异形之物，在人世间带来混乱。拥有刀是理所当然的时代，当时的有力者们创造出能与凶祸抗衡的力量，那就是"巫剑"，是一种化为女性姿态的特别刀刃。她们会与被选上的人进行契约仪式，并在获得主人"巫剑使者"的时候解放能力。接着，巫剑与巫剑使者为了要封印永生不灭的存在凶祸，便在历史的台面下持续进行战斗。来到了"铭治（めいじ）"时代法令禁止人们带刀，人们已经忘记了巫剑存在的时代。因近代化而渐渐改变的人与城市,但台面下与凶祸之间的战斗又再次开始了。
