《乐队我做东》是一档由爱奇艺VIP出品、棋武米未制作的乐队真人秀衍生节目。节目将记录超级乐迷马东和他的音乐圈好朋友一起邀请乐队们和他们的好友们一起组饭局的过程。节目致力于通过真人秀和谈话的形式表现乐队舞台下的另一面，棋武撕掉乐队的固有标签，挖掘乐队的真实关系，让观众看到这个群体的真实面貌，感受这个群体的真实生活。
