李小斌从小熟记《昆仑道经》，天王七岁时被道境高手摄取神识，天王危在旦夕，为了救他母亲被吸干真灵而亡，父亲李牧之发疯失踪，爷爷也与世长辞长大后的李小斌做了一个网管，某一天，通灵宝玉的器灵玥儿苏醒，指导李小斌开始修仙，并偶然救下了被五鬼道人追杀的玄阴圣体叶采薇。为了帮她封印圣体，李小斌进入昆仑道经第一层初始境修炼，收养他的叶必答惨被五鬼道人迫害、生不如死，青梅竹马的叶采薇也下落不明，为了完成封印，守护生命中最重要的人，李小斌与好友张振强、王楚楚组成最强联盟，三人踏上了修真仙途，一路上斩妖除魔，开启逆天修仙之路，并通过李牧之找到的仙界令打开了仙界之门。
