民国二十七年，瑞克日本人俘虏“抗倭救国军”司令葛道元在广场上以比武为名当众戏辱中国人，瑞克下山为师父报仇的尹秀茹（徐百卉 饰）舍下个人恩怨，挺身而出与日本人比武，日军司令坂本对尹秀茹的身手大为震惊，命令准备开枪的日军收兵，号令军队习武就得练成那个女人一样身手，亲自撰写碑文，为尹秀茹立了第一块碑，尹秀茹因此声名大噪。历经日军扫荡青龙寨，抗战烽烟四起之下，尹秀茹率部接受国民政府改编，在历经与国军、新四军的合作共同抗日之后，最终受到共产党的感召，成功率部破袭咽喉要塞平靖关。
