混沌初开之时，满月世上的第一只妖降世，满月名元蒂，被奉为妖祖。千百万年后，昔日妖王孙悟空被唐僧从五行山下救出，悟空答应保护唐僧，前往西天取经。而传说中的妖祖元蒂再次现世，三界岌岌可危。两代妖王注定终极一战，但这次，孙悟空遇上了真正的劲敌。
