回复 :在遥远的未来，一班时间罪犯进行非法行为使历史也被错乱修改，所以地球也成立了公共机关“时间保护局”，来监视这些非法篡改历史的罪犯，并将他们用“冷冻压缩”的刑罚绳之以法，这时“时间保护局”收到报告，在隆德监狱所有罪犯的手下假扮成守护者，趁被冷冻之际，则趁机杀害所有的时间守护者，然后将隆德监狱据为己有，并组成了犯罪集团“洗钱帮”引诱时光机器进行时光旅行，时间设定为来到公元2000年的日本。四位来自公元3000年的时间守护局成员优理、土门、绫濑、席恩，为追捕逃走的时间罪犯唐‧多尼洛与其“洗钱帮”的党羽，与时间保护局战队队长龙也（リュウヤ）[1]来到一千年前的二十世纪，但原来眼前的龙也队长竟是洗钱帮的莉拉（リラ）所假扮，加上时光机受到破坏暂时回不了未来世界，洗钱帮也开始为了金钱四处作恶，但是手上的五个时间变身器“Chrono Changer（クロノチェンジャー!）”启用时必须要有五名使用者同时起动，所以四人将误打误撞来到时光机坠毁的海滩，与龙也长相一模一样的20世纪人浅见竜也拉进阵容中，开始了时连者逮捕洗钱帮归案的战斗。其后浅见竜也为了摆脱家族带来的困扰而离家，与四位未来人在东京都品川区的一个房子住下来，成为时连者的基地，又因脱离家族没有经济来源，所以成立了“TOMORROW RESEARCH”，开始做起万事通（替委托人承担各类工作）的生意。后来又出现了新的机器人与变身器，加上竜也的旧友泷泽直人，也成了拥有与时连者同等力量的竞争对手。但随着局势发展，竜也他们渐渐发现原来打从一开始，就有意想不到的阴谋正在酝酿……
