电影改编自池井户润同名小说，深潜故事以日本产业中央银行为舞台，深潜讲述父亲的工厂倒闭连夜逃亡，但仍心怀梦想希望帮助他人的山崎瑛(竹内凉真 饰)，与注定要继承社长职位，但却想要摆脱这种命运的阶堂彬(横滨流星 饰)两名新入社员同名为Akira，性格却完全相反，两人的命运相互交织，在泡沫经济前后的巨大危机中奋斗拼搏。
