骆一峰是廉政公署的总调查主任，中文字幕受署长命令成立一支特别小组，中文字幕利用加密币造市案件去调查某银行高层贪污。于是骆一峰找到盖币的交易平台软件设计师—徐心帮忙，希望可以利用高科技进入平台搜证。众人一查下就发现银行的财政有出入，更把嫌疑人锁定为银行高层何进涛，过程中，被调查者遭神秘人袭击，而这时候银行主席亦遭绑架，然而，绑匪不但高调把绑架片段放上网引来公众关注，更要求以造市案有关的盖币作支付工具，因为种种巧合，更令骆一峰更相信造市案的幕后黑手与绑匪为同一个人，廉政公署誓要全力缉凶。
