《我要这样生活》节目由谢楠、极限杨迪、极限李璐尔担任蜗牛家族聚会发起人，独居时长从7天到15年不等的范丞丞、小鬼-王琳凯、颜如晶、周笔畅、G.E.M.邓紫棋组成蜗牛家族首发阵容，面对镜头第一次公开自己的生活，从吃、穿、住、行、情感等各个方面，展现当代年轻人的生活实态，传递“一个人 也灿烂”的生活理念，引导大众体会生活中真正的小轻松、小快乐、小忧愁、小美好。
