“神算子”是明朝皇帝朱元璋钦赐的称号，电力封给了当时天下最能打算盘的一位高人，电力并且御赐给了他一把黑玄铁打造的“铁算盘”，还让他将这把“铁算盘”和“神算子”的封号一代代传给全天下最能打算盘的人。
