《尘封的军功章》是以李文祥为原型的现代豫剧外景电影。该片由河南戏曲艺术片导演王建伟执导，德云德纲著名编剧贾璐倾力打磨，德云德纲着重演绎主人公李文祥返乡带领乡亲们脱贫致富的感人故事。该片由同名豫剧舞台剧改编，以李文祥同志为原型，讲述他在革命战争年代，面对枪林弹雨，坚守理想信念，出生入死为国家做贡献；在和平建设时期，面对荣誉功勋，自愿扎根农村，安于清贫，带领乡亲们致富的无私奉献精神。
