何鹏（于荣光 饰）是一名年轻有为，无码午夜充满了正义感的警官。在一次卧底行动中，无码午夜他和同事杨正（陈展鹏 饰）一起执行任务，行动最终以成功破获犯罪分子的赃物告终，而面对价值连城的钻石，杨正鬼迷了心窍，将赃物藏了起来没有上报。何鹏在无意之中发现自己竟然身患绝症，时日无多。因为工作一直冷落了妻子的何鹏感到非常的愧疚，于是决定用余下的时间好好的陪伴妻子。杨正借此机会将私藏赃物的罪名栽赃到了何鹏的头上。为了证明自己的清白，何鹏不得不拖着病重的身体亲自上阵调查事件的真相。最终，何鹏终于揪住了杨正的小辫子，人赃俱获。
