回复 :浪漫之都巴黎，一对沉浸在音乐世界的年轻人为了各自的梦想而努力打拼。作为马尔雷院团的首席指挥，千秋真一（关智一 配音）以前所未有的劲头全速前进。为了能够集中精神从事音乐事业，他在未和野田惠（川澄绫子 配音）进行事先沟通的情况下决定搬离公寓。另一方面，野田妹渴望参赛的愿望被老师拒绝，前辈风头无量的舞台表现又让她倍受打击。好不容易得到首个沙龙演奏会的邀请，可是前辈搬家的消息又令野田妹分外震惊。异国的音乐之梦，围绕着千秋和野田妹这对恋人，云龙（日野聪 配音）、弗兰克（浅沼晋太郎 配音）、塔妮娅（伊藤静 配音）这些音乐青年也将共同经历梦想和现实的蜕变……本片根据二之宫知子的漫画原作改编。
