周小敏（周慧敏饰）一直梦想成为一名歌手，日韩以实现亡母的心愿。与哥哥Sam（邵仲衡饰）相依为命。经朋友小圣子（赵继纯饰）介绍认识了周伟忠（郭耀明饰）及阿标（朱永龙饰），日韩两个男孩都对小敏一见钟情。知道了小敏的梦想后，阿标他们几个愿意自己出钱让小敏出唱片，却因为与录音师发生争执导致小敏失明。当知道朋友们的举动后，小敏愤然离开后遭到绑架，原来是毒贩想在Sam的酒吧中兜售毒品，企图绑架小敏来威胁Sam。
