霍三娘为继任霍家掌门，分钟进入一古墓中取得信物毕方扣。取得毕方扣之后，分钟霍三娘被某神秘人绑架至某处，与九门的其他人关在了一起。破解机关后，众人一同逃出，而霍三娘的毕方扣被多人觊觎，争夺之间毕方扣落地破碎，并释放出有毒雾气。众人为逃脱雾气，躲避至一寺庙内。进入寺庙内后，发现外面的雾气迟迟不散，且有像寺庙内弥漫的趋势，同时开始有人离奇死亡，后发现死法与寺庙内一副道教壁画上的人死法相同。壁画上有9个人，死了6个，活了3个。于是剩下的人开始相互残杀。霍三娘与解家的解乃正并肩作战，直至最后虚弱的解乃正骗得霍三娘最后杀了他，让她成为生还的唯一一人…
