年幼失去母亲的苏文杰，一直与经营纺织生意的父亲苏孝年（成国栋 饰）情感不和，更在职业和婚姻之人生大事的选择上与父亲有着深深的矛盾。成年后的文杰（古典 饰）选择了独自去韩国发展自己钟爱的广告摄影事业，并在工作中结识了韩国女子崔友熙（覃可言 饰），但两人的婚姻却一直得不到父亲的认可。友熙一直在为改善父子感情而不断努力与劝慰着。父亲在济州之行后，终于看到了文杰和友熙幸福生活的点点滴滴，也深深感受到了友熙对文杰的爱和对自己的关心。如山的父爱终于在最后得到了最好的释放。
