回复 :第七季以百年一度的大流行病导致世界各地的医疗崩溃为舞台，新局面迎来是日本最高峰的教学医院—东帝大学医院，把感染治疗和内科作为重中之重，并计划推迟不必要的紧急手术。曾经知名的外科被移往分院的大楼，内科医生推广不使用手术刀的化学手术，显示出兴起的迹象。被感染危机和东帝大新权力席卷的未知子，在如同战场般疲惫的医疗现场也毫不退缩地走上了自己的道路。
