原偶像组合在结束最后的公演后，天地成员沙奈就被不明人士带到了陌生的孤岛，天地孤岛上还有其他被绑架来的偶像。慌乱之中，一位名叫TAKIMOTO的男人突然出现，宣布游戏开始。这个游戏是淘汰制的卡牌游戏，最终获得胜利的人将成为超级偶像。继承了死去的姐姐的遗愿和自己想要成为偶像的梦想的沙奈加入了游戏，但她没有想到这个游戏中，等待输家的，居然是死亡......

The next day, two officers knock on the insane man's door, investigating a shriek heard in the night. The insane man invites them in, answers their questions, and submits to an examination of his eyes by one of the officers, who proclaims him innocent. The insane man invites them to stay and relax awhile, then regales them with his theories of crime. His heart begins to beat louder. Angles on the set are skewed to suggest the man's internal disarray.
