清苑境内江湖第一大邪派青月堂突然一夜惨造灭门屠杀，共和国堂主雷烈更是被吸成干尸，共和国引起整个江湖的轰动，江湖传言“魔兵重临，冰魄噬魂；战狂梵天，灭世至尊”都说是魔兵噬魂剑所为。江湖突然有消失二十年的噬魂剑传言，收到此传言，燕风清来到清苑寻找变二十年前和噬魂剑一起失踪的师兄下落，寻找过程中遇到遇到夜晚会变白发的江湖女贼玄晴，带着面具的神秘人，以及西北三雄和他们的主任曹无觞，几人之间展开噬魂剑的激烈争夺，最终有人以生命付出代价……
