是节目一档情感治愈类真人秀，倒垃以“真人秀+观察室”形式呈现。「真人秀」讲述一群失恋年轻人，倒垃开启21天的自我探索之旅。旅途中经过三次的分开与汇合，做出不同的人生选择，遇见不同的风景。他们年轻勇敢、坦诚以待，在陪伴与安慰中收获友谊和心动，完成心灵治愈与成长。「观察室」邀请五位艺人以“灿烂之旅微光陪行者”身份参与，阶段性录制微光电台陪伴，帮助失恋的人们释放困惑，继续灿烂前行。
