美黛是一个杂志社的记者，亚洲区在探访一件连环凶杀案的同时,被因生理疾病导致心理变态的杀手相中，亚洲区成为杀手下次行凶的目标。在一次美黛送儿就医的途中误上贼车，杀手载至郊外意图行凶强奸,巧遇一逃犯仗义相救,才幸免于难,美黛于是用身体答谢逃犯救命之恩.而逃犯的目的,却是要找美黛的丈夫报夺妻之恨,情义恩仇,相互交织,从而产生种种精彩动人的故事。
