《末世人间道》讲述了主人公们在酒店突然遭遇病毒疫情，春暖被病毒控制的人们失去意识，春暖疯狂的咬噬健康的人类。主人公苟圣带领一众人逃离酒店，前往安全的基地。他们在逃亡的过程中，和被感染的人进行生死搏斗，猝不及防的内部斗争让剧情升级，逃亡之路更加渺茫。众人能否战胜邪恶，带着良知一路向前？

回复 :随着剧情推展，市民被伤等情节陆续出现，片中的火锅店是香港历史的缩影，传承两代，深受坊众爱戴欢迎，男主角从父亲手中接棒经营，努力将它发扬光大。火锅店遇上特殊时期，生意受挫， 男主角身为东主，仍然咬紧牙关，不肯辞退员工，期望特殊的日子早日过去，生活重归正常，充份体现香港人的拚搏精神，即使遇上风浪，对前景仍然信心十足。匪徒不懂收敛，变本加厉，把火锅店变成挟持人质的犯罪现场，员工顾客生命备受威胁，未婚妻更遭匪徒掳走，令男主角忍无可忍， 决心出手制暴，将匪徒绳之于法，这个结局，完全符合香港人的主流愿望。
