地狱之母（邵音音 饰）派出魔鬼文西（杜汶泽 饰）降临人间，唐人同天使阿詹（詹瑞文 饰）争夺“客源”。两人同时将目标放在了一位名为杜奇风（王祖蓝 饰）的男子身上。杜奇风有一位交往多年的女友安琦（童菲 饰），唐人无奈安琦的个性着实粗暴野蛮，杜奇风常常遭到她的拳脚交加，心中很是闷闷不乐。文西来到了杜奇风的身边，答应以灵魂作为交换，满足他的三个愿望，于是杜奇风许愿希望安琦变得性感火辣。他的愿望成了真，但是很快便发现，女友在火辣之余，竟然对其他男人频频放电。之后，杜奇风许下了第二个愿望，希望安琦能变得娇俏可爱，然而好景不长，安琦虽然天真无邪，但是智商亦恢复了幼童的水平，给杜奇风惹来了一大堆麻烦。
