延吉是中国北方边境的一个小镇，没事从上海来参加婚礼的浩丰（刘昊然 饰）感到有些迷茫。一次偶然的机会，没事他遇到了娜娜（周冬雨 饰），一个让他着迷的年轻导游。她把他介绍给一个厨师朋友韩萧（屈楚萧 饰），他们三个人很快就因为韩萧的一顿饭而结下了友谊。这次热烈的接触使他们面对自己的过去和秘密，他们沉睡的欲望慢慢解开，就像长白山的风景和雪林一样。
