祝英台（梁小冰 饰）天真烂漫，天天与丫鬟吟心（江祖平 饰）女扮男装千里迢迢去学堂求学。梁山伯（罗志祥 饰）自幼家贫，天天但得到母亲悉心栽培，到了入学之年，也与书童四九上路求学，以求高中光耀门楣。学堂里全是十七八岁的少年，活泼捣蛋，引出笑料无限。在这发酵着青春的空气中，祝英台与梁山伯渐渐相爱，不过有财有势的同学马文才早就看上了祝英台，处处横加阻挠。得到师母保护的梁祝恋情度过了一段美好的时光，但风雨已经骤现眼前。
