回复 :「ぼくが処刑される未来」を手がけた監督の小中和哉と、「ほんとにあった怖い話」などで知られる脚本家・小中千昭の兄弟がタッグを組んで送り出したダークファンタジー。父親から虐待を受け続け、生きる希望を失い、失意の中にあった女子高生・美以那の前に、謎の美女・苓が現れる。苓は「ヘマトフィリア（血液耽溺者）」を自称し、生きるに値しない男たちを殺し、その血をすすっていた。すっかり傷ついていた美以那は、苓に導かれて少女から大人へと成長していく。そんな苓と美以那に、美しきバンパイアの影が忍び寄る。苓役を「ぼくが処刑される未来」の中丸シオン、美以那役を「西の魔女が死んだ」の高橋真悠がそれぞれ演じ、初めてのヌードやラブシーンにも挑戦した。
