剧情简介
周勇（刘畊宏饰）曾在某国际安保公司工作。一次行动中周勇把同事们的牺牲归咎于自己，从此消沉。昔日英雄沦为CS俱乐部教练，直到同事遗孤小米（裴佳欣饰）和小豆（王钜文饰）姐弟俩突然出现，周勇被迫担起照顾孩子的责任，却没想到他的生活也因此而彻底改变。面对冲奶、换尿布、讲故事等艰巨挑战，毫无经验的硬汉“奶爸”与活力十足的萌娃会碰撞出怎样的火花？与此同时，一股黑暗势力悄悄潜入他们身边，周勇等人又该如何度过危局？
