回复 :CID帮办雷振英（任达华）在一次偶然的机会下目击一宗妓女被虐重伤的案件，原来其中牵涉到一个庞大的卖淫集团。当雷着手调查涉嫌召妓的议员时，却无意中引致廉署一项部署已久的行动被迫告吹。廉署行动处处长蒋伟基（张丰毅）气愤冲冲投诉，并不准警方再沾手此案，雷不忿继续向卖淫集团追查。蒋其实与卖淫集团互相勾结，为掩饰此事，决定设下陷阱陷害雷收取卖淫集团利益；蒋更派其手下调查主任Daisy（王馨平）对雷展开深入调查。在一切环境证据都证明雷有罪后，Daisy立即采取行动，雷幸好及时逃脱；而此时Daisy亦开始发觉事有跷蹊，最终更与雷携手誓要把蒋绳之于法。
