本片主要讲述松鹿乡马莲坡村艰巨的精准扶贫工作，松鹿乡马莲坡村贫困面大，上、下坡村共用马莲河水，多年争水结怨。村书记马兰从贫困户盛盛着手，以滚灯作为突破点，开展盐碱地治理、咸水养鱼，建成了新农村，实现脱贫摘帽。马莲村更美了，马莲河更清了，松鹿山更绿了。

回复 :性格善良正直，憨厚乐观的李修缘立志考取功名，就在他再次赶赴今年的科考路上，遇到了被捉妖师尹平之所伤的小白龙，小白龙的魂魄意外进入了李修缘的身体，性格截然相反的蛟与人两副魂魄控制着同一具肉身，但是遇水魂魄就会交替。不明所以的李修缘继续进京赶考，误打误撞结识了捉妖榜排名垫底，郁郁不得志的女捉妖师三生。刚开始，三生想要捉住龙妖，实现自己登上捉妖榜前十的心愿，但是在深入了解李修缘与小白龙的状况后，知道如果要降服小白龙，就会白白失掉李修缘这个无辜之人的性命。于是，三生决定帮助小白龙找到可以释放他魂魄的骊珠，这样既能让他与母亲团圆，也能救下李修缘。
