A市是国内发展快速的一座城市，卡策这座城市里有数家大型企业，卡策腾华集团受到竞争对手强力打压，股票持续下跌，即将破产。CC公司是谈判界的翘楚，CC派出精英谈判师夏初熙为腾华救市。夏初熙在排查过程中发现针对腾华的不仅有商业对手公司，还有周达华的前妻沈琴从中作梗。沈琴因爱生恨，不惜与腾华集团的对手都汇集团合作，意图搞垮腾华。
