回复 :15年前的尹在贺（徐道英 饰）跟随着家人来到了一个不知名的小岛，不熟悉的环境和什么都没有的小岛，让在贺很是消沉，而这时，他邂逅了少女徐恩英（韩孝珠 饰）。心灵手巧的恩英会利用贝壳等作出各种东西逗在贺开心，青梅竹马的二人在小岛度过了美好的时光，后来因为各种原因，二人失去了联系。直到在异国他乡的奥地利，在这个华尔兹的故乡，二人再度重逢，可随之而来的不是喜悦，而是满腹心事的彷徨。在贺成为了知名度极高的钢琴家，但性格孤僻，只有一个作为经纪人的朋友比利（丹尼尔•海尼）；而孝珠则是因为自己的手工品得了奖，有机会来到奥地利进修学习。身份相差悬殊的二人能够再续前缘，而喜欢在贺的还有唱片企划宋怡娜（李素妍 饰），四个人在奥地利谱写出一曲春天的华尔兹……
