回复 :故事发生在二十世纪六十年代的香港，张家颖（郑嘉颖 饰）和擦鞋童高志（曹永廉 饰）两人自幼便是青梅竹马的玩伴，长大成人之后彼此之间的友谊依然十分坚固。虽然高志的身份卑微，但张家颖从来都没有低看过自己的朋友。不幸发生了，张家颖的父亲因为股市崩盘而赔的倾家荡产，无奈之下，张家颖只得和高志一起来到香江夜总会，投靠在那里献唱的歌星乔尼（泰迪·罗宾 饰）。乔尼曾经是红极一时的流行歌王，如今却早已经被粉丝们忘记，委身在小小的夜总会中靠搞笑和卖傻营生。对于自己的未来，乔尼感到十分悲观。可是，当张家颖和高志出现在了他的身边拜他为师后，乔尼再度找到了生活的希望。
