回复 :在警视厅杉并中央署，生活安全课内部新设置了一个万能咨询室。该咨询室直接面对普通市民，从公款侵占到结婚欺诈，无论何事都可来此咨询。看似该咨询室是一个解决民计民生的前沿部门，但实际上这里不过是警署内部麻烦人物的垃圾回收站。对警署精英来说，“零无论乘以多少都是零”，所以万能咨询室又被重任嘲讽为“零系”。毕业于东大法学系的小早川冬彦（小泉孝太郎 饰）原本隶属警视厅科学警察研究所，因为快言快语且不服从安排结果被踢到零系，对他来说能和市民直接面对面反倒是件好事。他的搭档寺田寅三（松下由树 饰）则是完全不输于男性的资深刑警。这两个怪胎与其他问题警察凑在一起，让被人轻视的万能咨询室迸发活力……
