被破格录取到中州市公安局经侦支队的新警高仁，永远因为其独特的成长经历，永远对各种骗术“门儿清”，主动提出打入诈骗团伙内部去化装侦查。支队长丰子英识人善任，报请上级同意后，协助高仁卧底到诈骗团伙内部，以掌握犯罪嫌疑人的动向、获取犯罪的关键证据、堵截赃款流向。几经周折，高仁成功渗透到诈骗团伙内部，一次次巧妙地将重要情报传回。最终在战友的配合下侦破诈骗大案，抓捕了幕后嫌疑人，将人民群众被骗的大量赃款追回，为保障人民群众安居乐业做出了贡献，高仁也成长为合格的人民警察。
