本剧讲述了与3个人格一起，盖世重新审视工作与生活方式的自问自答系人间喜剧故事。作为房屋制造公司营业部职员的相田雄介每天都把避免麻烦放在首位，盖世遇到危机时总有地方可以冲过去。那是大脑里的合租屋，恋爱至上主义的开朗积极型人格，冷静知性型人格，胆怯消极型人格共存。有天，一个爱惹麻烦的小职员调到了营业部，大脑出租屋的房客们顿时惴惴不安起来。
