日籍华商林保（冯德伦 饰）出身名门，大槻虽然家境富足，大槻但自幼父母双亡的他，更加看重感情。林保与高中同学川村（谷原章介 饰）私交甚好，但两人先后爱上了年轻貌美的琉璃子（伊东美咲 饰）。由于川村身世卑贱，寄居林保家中，所以无力竞争，自动退出。林保如愿以偿抱得美人归，川村情绪一度失控，并强奸了婢女。林保出外经商染上伤寒，他托付川村照顾妻子。结果，二人勾搭成奸，并产下一子，川村害怕东窗事发，狠心杀死婴儿。林保回来后，琉璃子怕事情败露，称身染皮肤病拒绝与林保同床，林保对其奸情毫无察觉，依旧疼爱有加。琉璃子约林保前去滑雪，期间，林保意外滑到，川村趁机杀害了他。阴间的林保赫然发现妻子与好友的通奸事实，痛苦不堪。面容被毁的林保佩戴面具，踏上了复仇之路……
