回复 :本土作家葉石濤，是台灣文學領域的重量級大師。在台灣文學發展史中，他以先行者之姿，本著「台灣主體意識」前提下，率先寫出第一本有系統的台灣文學史《台灣文學史綱》，不僅奠定台灣文學的地位，並成為後代台灣文學研究者的領航者。在他六十餘年孜孜不倦的書寫生涯中，葉石濤經歷日治時期，以及白色恐怖的關押經驗，政治肅殺逼他低頭以小螞蟻哲學苟活於世；但對台灣作家命運的不捨與不甘心，卻又鞭策著他在暗室一隅不斷與命運對抗，自稱「天譴」，永不停歇地書寫台灣以及個人的命運。本片描述作家生命軌跡的同時，亦宏觀勾勒出台籍作家百年來在坎坷中奮鬥的共同命運。此外，更邀請年輕藝術家深入了解作家的作品後，分別以舞台劇、動畫、舞蹈劇場、落語等各式藝術表現手法，與作家的文本互相激盪出跨越時代的創作火花。
