回复 :日本京都，拥有217年历史的老字号旅店上羽屋，因背负三亿日元债务正走向落幕的终点。在过去的一年，某国际度假酒店委托怀斯咨询公司致力于收购上羽屋的企划均遭拒绝，而随着老板娘上羽薰突然辞世，这家百年老店似乎去日无多。怀斯旗下拥有丰富经验的收购专家衣川周平（椎名桔平 饰）奉命出马，他所面对则是回家奔丧的老板娘之女上羽鸭（松下奈绪 饰）。东大毕业的鸭在财政部供职六年，是一个作风强硬的女强人，却极度讨厌京都所谓的传统。在衣川的煽动下，她对上羽屋进行自上而下的大改革，结果不仅招致恶评，还迫使员工集体辞职，加快了上羽屋消亡的步伐。关键时刻，财政部长莅临让鸭意识到母亲长久以来所坚持的冗繁传统的真意，她也下定决心守护这份祖产。在上羽屋浴火重生的路上，鸭还将面临更多的挑战……
