《张震讲故事之洗脸女生的传说》主要讲述了有共同梦想并成功入选公司进行练习生培训的褚甜甜和钱思楠，国外自幼相识情谊深厚；但钱思楠长相美丽，国外是未来之星；相较之恬恬长相平凡，只因嗓子好勉强入选，恬恬自卑为此苦恼；一次偶然机会得知洗脸女生的传说故事，并信以为真；前往传说的剧院召唤洗脸女生，结果发生诡异之事，二人受惊。次日思楠发现恬恬性格大变；并且光鲜亮丽许多，两人关系发生微妙变化，随后所发生的一系列微妙的事情。
