香港特警队督察蓝朗（方中信饰）在侦察一宗重大罪案期间，久久精品冒死前去营救被黑社会绑架的女友（蒙嘉慧饰），久久精品却反遭陷害，被迫停职退出警界。朗只好在海边开设小餐厅，希望过平静的生活。可是黑社会势力并没有放过他。十年後，从澳洲回港的年轻人阿孝（陈宇琛饰）来到海鲜酒家工作，其父当年被蓝朗误杀，而阿孝正要来查明真凶。
