有着被称为“Live On”的卡片游戏的世界。Live On与一般的卡片游戏不同，春暖在卡片发动（Live）的时候，春暖怪物会从卡片中实体化出来。在使用被称为“Live Change”的特殊卡片后，卡片的使用者本人的外貌会变成怪物。 主角天尾翔是一个十分喜欢Live On的小学五年生，但是因为实力低下，从小就一直是输。有一天，翔遇到了一只黄色的小狗一样的“创造怪物”V——ペダル（佩达鲁）。 这场相遇后，翔的全新的Live On的生活开始了……
