影片原作是中村珍所著的女同漫画《群青》，音海讲述永泽和篠田两个女性之间的爱恨纠葛——永泽从高中时代起就爱慕着篠田，音海篠田在结婚后受到丈夫的家暴，一句“你帮我把他杀了吧”，让永泽成为了杀人犯。
